Benefits for Full Time Employees:

Holidays-Employee will receive 6 paid holidays as follows: Martin Luther King
Jr.'s Birthday, Good Friday, Independence Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and
Christmas Day.

Annual Leave-Based on a 40 hour work week employees will be eligible for
retirement packages. Retirement contributions paid at 100%. A pension plan
will be given after 6 years of service upon reaching age 60 or 28 years service
regardless of age.

Investment Plan -After one year of service and one full calendar month employees
will be able to invest in the company’s 401 k investment plan.

Sick Leave-Any employee that completes 96 hours or a 40-hour workweek or 127 hours
53-hour workweek qualifies for paid sick leave per year. Any employee
terminated from Landi Resort shall forfeit all unused sick leave

Incentive Leave-An employee having taken no sick leave from the previous year will
receive an additional 2 days vacation leave. Employees using three or less sick
days during the preceding financial year will receive an extra 1 day of
vacation leave.

Temporary Housing- full time employees will be allowed housing at the resort for up to 5
weeks while looking for a home

Resort &
Programs-employees will have full access to the
facility and a 30% discount towards activities, programs and any rental equipment
the resort offers.
- Bereavement Leave- each employee will have up to three consecutive working days for any death in the immediate family.
